For Cyprus – € 2.99 delivery (door-to-door) for all orders via VIVA Wallet.

For Greece – € 7.99 delivery (door-to-door) for all orders via VIVA Wallet.

For abroad – € 7.99 delivery (post) for all orders via VIVA Wallet.

For orders over € 50.00 the delivery is FREE.

Cash on delivery orders for abroad are not available.

The prices listed on the Website are in euros and include all tax charges (19% VAT) except for shipping costs. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are displayed during the order while they are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the price of the selected products.

MIMOCOSMETICS reserves the right to modify the prices that apply to the products of its Site at any time but is committed to apply the prices listed on the Website at the time of your order.

TIME DELIVERY of products

Deliveries are made by courier to the recipient’s address.

Delivery time is within 14 business days (considering the recent worldwide developments from the COVID-19 delivery time may vary).

For deliveries within Cyprus please allow 3-5 full business days for your order to be processed, shipped and delivered

 

DELIVERIES ON SATURDAY:

There is the possibility of delivery on Saturday, depending on the route of the transport company. Delivery will take place between 09:00 and 14:00.

If at the time of delivery the client is not at the address and does not receive his/her parcel from the courier branch, the seller is relieved of his/her obligation to deliver the products.

AVAILABILITY

Note that we process your order within our available stock.

In case one of our products is not available in our stock, we undertake to contact you by e-mail within 2 working days from the date of the order, informing you of the deadline within which the product can be delivered to you.

Return and refunds

Due to health provisions on cosmetics we do NOT accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. Please note, MIMOCOSMETICS reserves the right to refuse all returns.
